These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at instyle.allon4consult.com ("the Site") operated by InStyle Dental Group, P.C. ("InStyle Dental Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or submitting a consultation request, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are submitting information on behalf of a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian.

Nature of the Service

The consultation request form on the Site is a way to request information about, and schedule an evaluation for, dental treatments such as All-on-4 dental implants, dental implants, and snap-on dentures offered by InStyle Dental Group. Submitting the form is a request for further information or a consultation; it is not a guarantee of treatment, candidacy, pricing, results, or financing approval. All clinical recommendations require an in-person evaluation by a licensed dentist at our practice.

No Medical or Dental Advice

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dental advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding your specific condition. Reliance on any information on the Site is at your own risk.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS messaging by checking the optional consent checkbox on our consultation request form, the following terms apply:

• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving any services from InStyle Dental Group.
• You will receive text messages from us regarding your consultation, including follow-up about your dental concerns and scheduling assistance.
• Expected message frequency is 1–4 messages per month, depending on your communication with our team.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for plan details.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation and no further marketing messages.
• For help, reply HELP or call us at (713) 690-3368.
• Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware or attempting to bypass security measures
• Use the Site or any communication with our practice for any unlawful purpose
